Rule #2 (I believe): Don't break or slow down the "Back" button. That splash page will slow down the back buton - personally I find automated redirects very annoying unless they serve a particular purpose, and trying to scam Google (at least that's what it looks like) is not good enough IMO.

Also the banner looks bad, it needs more "punch" preferably something that can work as part of a branding initiative, think of a logo that will work on any medium (print or screen) - think simple and effective

Other than those points, the site looks ok...Just another generic PHP site, I'm sure it will do ok, but is nothing to write home about.

Get rid of the splash at the beginning. I am not sure what the purpose of that is.

Your header graphic shows the boards you host but Invision Power Board is cut off at the end. Maybe you inteneded to? I don't like that though.

I think I have seen that theme before. Nothing wrong with that..I like it.

I dont see anything else I don't like. Everything else I like. Seems nice and clean.

Overall a good PHPBB site!

Thank you, I twent to your site, was put off by the small grey box at the begining, didn't bother to browse it, and when I tried to go back to write a review found it impossible to get out of it, had to close and re-open webmasters forum.

The web page forwarder is little confusing or too long before it takes you to your site. In some ways I think it would be descraction.

But overall site looks good.

Nice look i like it. Two things you should check.
- the top logo is probably set as a background and on a 1280x 1024 it repeat itself.
- i think the links are not correctly place they move the content down. So even in high resolution i don't see the content without scrolling

Just checked my previous comment. I find the banner is completely readable IF i don't maximise my browser. Weird! also it would help if you stated more clearly what your forums/website is for, as this is not immediately clear. i.e. is it to ask questions, share joint interests or for a user to host a forum on your website?

I like to use the 800 x 600 resolution so when I saw your top banner referring to what you host etc. I was a little confused as I couldn't read the text in the banner. I then switched to the 1024 x 768 resolution where I could fully read the text. This seemed odd as the rest of the website was optimised/okay for 800 x 600.

Is there anyway you could redo the banner for 800 x 600 using a spacer gif for both resolutions?

Very clean and clear, to be honest i cant find much wrong with it - is it a new URL? as i cant see you have any pagerank with google, Is it SE friendly? my only concern - but thats hardly a critique

The is cool, but looks kind of 'typical'. Is it a template? I'm still new myself at this webmaster thing. Yeah, your logo seems to need some work, or tweaked a bit.
