I actually like the ability to choose other colors like that, I just wish there was a way to have it done 'instantly', lol. I have high speed, and I have to wait a few seconds...not bad.

I love the use of CSS, and themeing. But I would suggest a new logo, actually one with a crisp black edge around the text so you can make it a transparent GIF and use it on all the themes.

Other that that I like it. Page idea is a bit beaten with large stick, but then again what type of site/idea isnt anymore.

What I wanted to say is that the Unique Hits Network brings unique IPs per day (for example 123.123.123.123 will visit your site only 1 time between 00:00 a.m. - 12.59 p.m. GMT time) to your site.
And your site can receive as many as 180 such visitors each hour => 180 x 24 each day (24 hours).
Other auto-hits sites don't deliver only unique ip (the same ip can be sent to visit your site even 10 times a day).

Speaking of "is it supposed to deliver legitimate traffic":
This site (like all auto-hits sites in fact) is not an advertising site (like banner-exchange site).
I made this site to artificially increase the number of visitors for 2 main reasons:
1. Some free webhosts require a minimum number of visitors per day
2. to "pump page views for banner ads"
(this could be useful if you are in a banner exchange program)

Also if you have some traffic counters on your site you could have your site's rank increased.

And all this could be useful to sites which are new on the web. And after those sites begin to be better known by ppl, they will finaly be removed from the auto-hits network.

LOL! I thought that was just me Most of these get hits quick schemes don't make much sense to me though. They really need to be more clear and as direct as possible when explaining the program to first time visitors.

Hey, thanks for reviewing some other sites!

I agree with what has been said so far - you need a better logo first of all, and more finesse to the design. I also think that there is way too much blue here and also way too much text. It's hard to figure out what to focus on. If you look at other sites, you'll see that they often have different background colours for content and sidebar - this helps the user to focus on the content (often on a white background) while allowing the navigation and sidebar elements to recede.

FAQ page - don't underline regular text. It looks like a link.

I like what you've done with the login box at the top - nice way to present other options in one place. Might be a good idea to label the password box somehow.

I actually think your colours are fine. Same with the layout.

All I'd like to see done is adding some finesse to the whole thing. Like creating a unique logo, refining structure and presentation of the text (all the fonts and colour of the text is the same), to highlight important points and better lead the reader's eye.

I think you've got the general idea right. Just needs some refinement.
