    <description> &lt;p&gt;The Open Source movement does not hit Windows the way that it does with Linux. Since IIs has one, there is not a huge market for it. There are some shareware ones but none that I have used or could recommend. I think that you could start the FTP server service in Windows without running IIs.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;IIS has a FTP server built in since at least version 4.&lt;br /&gt;
BulletFTP is also highly recommended.&lt;/p&gt;
