&lt;p&gt;I&#039;m not in the legal field but I doubt you&#039;d have much luck with closing them down. In fact I think if you make a stink about it, it could actually get worse.&lt;br /&gt;
File sharing programs are probably to blame as they spread junk like wild fire.&lt;br /&gt;
One thing you could do, get as many free file sharing programs as you can (kaaza etc) and search for your friends name (as many ways as possible), download the images, rename a decent picture of her to suit what you have downloaded and let people download the good ones. It wont stop them and could be a full time job editing them but it would start getting some decent ones out there, the other way is to put Mr Beans picture with the downloaded filename.&lt;br /&gt;
