    <description> &lt;p&gt;Well, for the mysql authentication, there is a table called &#039;user&#039;.  Check the values for the &#039;Host&#039; field.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you have phpMyAdmin, there is a decent user management thingy for root users.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Being a permission error, I would check your mysql users.  If you went from IPs to domain names, you may have to change the &#039;host&#039; value for all your users.&lt;/p&gt;
