    <description> &lt;p&gt;if what you want is to have the same form on 3 different pages you can use include. if you want to keep youre data on the three page then it&#039;s a bit more touchy you can pass them in the URL (GET method), do a form with hidden fields or set them as session variables&lt;/p&gt;
