A lot better, fits 800x600 but you shouold still try make that first content section (second section from left edge) wider as reading one or two words per line gets hard on the old eyes.
also add a 'top' link at the bottom

I cant seem to get it . It still doesnt fit & I even tried to replace the width px with a % so it would resize to a % of the window size , but that only let it resize from the right side and not move the whole layer to the left and resize like i need it too??
Anybody know why?

take a look at your div tags, some are set very left, ie: 788px and the very first one is 272px
add up all your widths and work out the alignment.
with that side image/links you're making a 4 column site, maybe add the far right colum under the links, make the 'need a website' a fraction smaller and put on far right and make the main content section bigger (3 column setup) as no matter what you do, your going to have trouble getting what you have fit at 800x600.
I can get the 3 colums and a small fraction of the links on 800x600 the rest have to scroll to see.
