    <description> &lt;p&gt;Okay, I was wrong.  That&#039;s not what happened at all. There&#039;s a little button in the properties palette that allows you to strict between HTML and CSS design modes.  I accidentally clicked that button without knowing about it and got the CSS mode.  Since I didn&#039;t know about that button at the time I assumed it was because of the doctype I had just begun working with! &lt;p&gt;I wonder if I can covertly go into my coworkers computers and change that setting for them ... I think I&#039;ll put it in the training manual anyway..&lt;/p&gt;
