Silkscreen seems to be a very popular pixel font and it only types in caps too
I'm not too sure where to download it from though

If I find any more I will post them here. You might also try searching this forum for either pixel fonts, bitmap and tiny fonts. Seems like there was a discussion about these with lots of links a while back.
