    <description> &lt;p&gt;Fiddle faddle. If the client is intractable, do not try to convince them, you&#039;re just asking for them to lose respect for you. Instead, do what they are asking for and once done, point out how much better the static pages work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Targets are necessary for frames, it&#039;s not unusual or a workaround, it&#039;s how to do it.&lt;/p&gt;
