It looks darn good, but loads so slow even on a highspeed connection! At the very least you should have an alternative plain HTML version.

Having said that, what an awesome website! (Both in principle and content). You just need to make an HTML version for dialup users... you don't want people changing their mind on getting rid of their addiction while waiting to load up the page.

The main page is really "busy". Clear some of the stuff out of the way and create some little "empty" space to give it some room. Especially the "about" page. Lots of content, that's always good. But the crowdedness of the website is the only thing that I can see wrong.

A big no-no in my opinion is creating a webpage w/ text that is a .gif. Heading, graphics, are ok, but text should be done in html.

Graphics are nice and all - you have a real talent in that area. As far as web pages go - I echo much of what was already said. You want to have text on the page so search engines know what you're about. Text loads right away, where graphics are files that can take a long time to load.

I think losing the horizon graphic would help, even though its there for soothing purposes it doesnt work for me, you could achive that with a clean design and clear direction for visitors, they come to your site for assistance, so the site need to be clear cut and easy to navigate..Photos of the staff and some background would be nice i think.

not bad looking, but waaaaay to many graphics. If you need to get listed in search engines, putting alt text on your image tags might help a little bit, but proper text is much more important!

Although I like the look of the site in general, I too agree that it take a long time to load. Also, as jha2297255 mentioned, I found myself clicking everywhere as everything looks like a link. I think you can achieve the same feel with standard text which will decrease the load speeds. Overall, I like it although the page speeds did leave me twiddling my thumbs.
