    <description> &lt;p&gt;There are ready made affiliate scripts/programmes you can use for this but the other site(s) would need to implement it and you&#039;d then get notification. If they are offering a banner affiliate scheme then they&#039;d already have this in place.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I believe that this must be tracked by the &#039;other&#039; site.  You&#039;ll probably end up adding a referal code to your links so the &#039;other&#039; site knows where the user originated from.  After that, it&#039;s up to the &#039;other&#039; site to keep an eye on them and what purchases they may make.&lt;/p&gt;
