I am on my school's computer and I can not see the date. You might want to move the date down to the maroon table and change it to black. That would look good and it would show up.

Otherwise I find no fault with it.

I agree with andy, although it is nice to remember the good old days where Microsoft operating systems were stable ~sigh~ I also agree that the Flash is a little unnecessary.

Otherwise it's a good site, you may want to expand on the compatibility idea a little more in order to give the layman an idea of what makes valid HTML better for their business.

My other first impression is of the online stores: I love the way you have chosen a vertical market (car sales); the more generic W3StoreFront is also a good idea, there is however room for improvement here. Have you thought about creating some more templates to choose from? The customer would be more likely to choose your product if you have a template that will suit their business, instead of being forced to use the same generic one

ewww... that flash thing on the right hand side is nasty, a complete waste of space in my opinion. Also I'm not overkeen on the background image, it reminds me of one of the windows 3.11 background images

Apart from that i think its pretty good...
