My one question would be...

Why do you need to include those banners on your site? I'm assuming they are graphic work that you've done and want to display your talents. I would consider not including the "adult" banners on your main site if your work includes clients not in the adult industry. *shrugs* You might consider a completely separate portfolio....

If you want a legal answer though, I could only suggest speaking to a lawyer.

Make a simple page stating that they are about to enter a site with adult content and then put 2 links there. One saying "I am 18 years or older" (or something similair) that will link to the adult portfolio and one link saying something like "I am under 18 years" which links back to the page they came from.
