Oops, messing around with the CSS unknowingly affected that page. It's fixed now, and a new poem has been added as well. If you have a similar problem in the future (hopefully not!!), you can use standard browser controls to increase the font size - but thanks for letting me know.

Here is one of the many new pages at the SNW site:
http://www.SuperNaturalWoman.com/article65.htm
I've also replaced the main image on the site with a nice sunset silhouette shot. Digital cameras and spotmeters rule!

Good idea, I'll see if I can find something on Coconut butter.

Ok. Coconut butter, cup size, C & F. Got it.

Katherine just eats Raw Foods, ie: food that hasn't been heated above 105 degrees F. You won't see baking on these pages!

I read the "2 Tablespoons fresh coconut butter (optional)" as two lines "2 Tablespoons fresh coconut" and "butter (optional)"
I think if your going to have recipes for an international crowd you should have linked keywords to descriptions or something. I know what coconuts are, we have them fresh at supermarkets, coconut milk, coconut shavings ... but have no idea what coconut butter is.
I also wonder if our cup size is the same.
ALso if you do any baking ones, be sure to do it in C and F

Busy: I've improved the table code for the recipe. I've also worked on the photograph. The desert is not as visual appealing as we like (blended nuts gives you plain beige), so we're going to play with the recipe to make it as good looking as it is good to eat! Once that is done we will add a new photo (and possibly replace the existing one)

Note that the crust has 'blend until finely chopped' whereas the topping as 'blend until smooth'. Since butter is listed as a topping ingredient, it's used there. 3/4 cup of honey out of a total of about 4 cups isn't really a huge amount, find out how much sugar goes into making typical cookies and cakes! You can always cut down the amount. Chilled would probably be best, a good point though. The recipe is from a Raw Food cookbook, so when it says Fresh Coconut Butter, it means stuff that you've just made yourself from a Coconut. Thanks for the IE5 heads up.

Taff: The design has not changed much but there is a lot of new content, all ready for a critique!

disaster-master: a new/additional photo is already planned.

The Webmistress: This is a large forum with new members (bringing new points of view) constantly joining. If members, new and old, want to share their opinion, that's great!

Simon Timperley: Table code is being revised.

Thanks to all for your feedback so far.

I'm a newbie, I dont have a critique of the design to offer but I'm glad I dropped by just now - I like cakes, healing, legs and breasts. One thing I have noticed is in IE 5 some of the text in the centre table ducks under the cup, perhaps some more padding.

I have bookmarked your page.

Regards

I agree that this does just seem to be another plug for this site as the actual layout/design hasn't changed you've just added content and had we been interested in seeing new content as it was added we'd have bookmarked the site to check back for updates. I would have expected to see a picture of the cake to get an idea of what it should look like when finished not another picture of Katherine!

No offense to the lady there but shouldn't photos for this page be more focused on the food rather than the legs? I just think a nice photo of the completed cake would better suit this page. If the lady has to be in the picture, maybe a close up of her holding the cake (with the cake being the main subject of the image) would be better IMO.
