They told me to get pgp or RC4. I called pgp and their software doesn't do what I need here. The website I posted the URL for (above) says that their software is installed on my server (it's a cgi) and will work with my SSL certificate, or my hosts in this case.</p> <p>What exactly is a secure tunnel? A signed SSL certificate costs about $50/yr. Your webhost might have a shared one you can use, it will have the same effect but it must be under their secure domain name. Then you need to use a secure tunnel to donwload your email.
