I agree that there really isn't a design/layout to this site! You don't need anything flashy or graphic intense but a logo will brand the site and help people recognise it and changing the font to Veranda or even Arial will certianly help with a more professional look and make the text easier to read.

As for the actual service, I wouldn't use it as a SEO, we are in the UK and you don't cater for us!

There's not much in the way of design to critique. Try laying your form out more clearly. I think alistapart.com has a good article about form design (with CSS).

I can't see this getting any flashier than something similar to Google's look itself, so it might be a good idea not to strive for an intense or complex look.

Would be good if you made it widely accessible too (looks like a useful tool). I'd look to validate the code to xhtml 1.0 or 1.1, with CSS.
