there was this one client...it was pretty cool...but...i dont know what it was called...(live chat)

the talk option is hard to do, and if done costs lots of cash...i doubt you will find one for free...not to mention the pipe needed

Look in http://www.hotscripts.com/ there are a few 'live' chat programs there, it's either under the Java section or in the PHP section

It mostly means that you will have an online chat, no talking just typing.

I worked for a company awhile back and they paid about $20,000 for the live help program. Of course, they were idiots. There are some cheaper options though.
