Most of what I learned was several years ago. Php4 has a lot of new stuff in it. Css and Dhtml are all new to me. I was a server admin and database application developer at my last job, but that was over a year ago. I specialize in that area becuase most of my clients either want shopping carts hosted or database apps hosted. It's not that hard to install perl and php scripts, but it's another thing trying to debug someone else's code.

I'm trying to go through the templates now. I appreciate your trying to help me. I saw that several of you were mods, and I was simply trying to make a joke.

abusing the moderators wont help you.

this isn't a server side problem, its a coding problem (html).
you need to get into your templates and fix the code.

just curious, if some of it's over your head, why are you "Specializing in E-Commerce, Database, and Web Hosting Solutions"

That's just lovely, thank you for your respect, c-double. The problem is NOT a database, php, mysql question, it's a DISPLAY problem.

If you cannot edit the templates for display in php-nuke (and we know that it's possible), that doesn't make it a different sort of problem!

php-nuke is a datebase driven portal script written in php. It's not like I wrote the code. I was able to fix a couple things, but some of the code is over my head.

Not sure why they moved this post. This is a database, php, mysql question. Stupid moderators.

your code doesnt validate (using the link on your site), looks like your missing or have a misplaced /table tag, also things like width=" " on images will make them not display at all in some browsers and not display but leave a pixel or two in others. nosave="" isn't a html tag. you shouldn't put css (class="??") in font tags.

validate your code and fix things like "" which is the same thing. you should try use more CSS and put things like center tags into td, p, div tags etc with align="center".
You should also try break your tables down some, you have a lot of heavly nested tables in there.

Moved to appropriate forum...

It sure is strange that it works in NS and not IE, it's usually the other way around. I wouldn't worry about NS 4x unless you have over 2% or 3% of your visitors using it.

Also, could you shorten your signature to four lines or so? It is violating our Guidelines if you exceed that. Thanks.
