Hey Marc!

I was thinking about floating the links below the hosting link... I suppose some experimentation would be needed to see where said links would fit best and if they could be added without creating clutter.

Yes, and I agree that is a good way to browse! I already do that... so much so that my left click is command-click (open in new window) and the awkward middle button is left click.

For my most common links I embed a link on the browser's bookmark bar.

All that in consideration, I know from experience that I still use that "active thread" link quite a bit.

You can do what I do: open a new window(or tab) for the topic that you want to view/read and when you've finished with it close the window/tab and open another one, that way you don't have to keep going back to that same page.

Hi, Sam! I know you from another forum.

I'm not sure if there is a place for a new link in the header design -- do you have any ideas? It is at the top of the main page, which is good enough for me since that's the initial page I visit. I use the "View new topics" more than this one, anyway.
