As a design teacher used to constantly harass me:

"I can't see the grid in your work."

I think he was overly grid oriented but there is something to be said for it. A really great book on usable visuals is "Designing Visual Interfaces" by Kevin Mullet and Darrell Sano.

Nothing seems to be aligned. This is somewhat disorienting. On a more complex page it can become very disorienting.

The navgation of the site is a bit hard to use, and the colours are a bit harsh on the eye.

Welcome to TWF Andy.

We do ask that you help out some of the others here by reviewing some of their sites before asking for a critique of your own site. This will help you with ideas for your site and also to see what we like and dislike.

I think what Megan is trying to say is that some of the content on your site is rather unsavoury, especially the priceless pics! Not everyone finds them funny and they can be rather distastefull.

Please help out as I said before and I'll come back and have another look at your site when I have more time.
