&lt;p&gt;Make a circle with the outline you need, filled with the colour you need, on a background that is the same colour as the background it will be on (but that part will be transparent).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Make sure the arc is the right size for your curved edge.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now cut it in four and use the piece(s) you need.&lt;/p&gt;
