You can usually report Spam or any other abuse by emailing abuse@ISP's name, except for AOL, which I think is TOSgeneral@AOL.com .

sounds like spamcop.com can be a good thing but anyone can forward anything and innocent people (or hosts/servers) can become blacklisted

I forgot what site it was but it lets people forward a spam to them and they verify it. If it is considered a spam, then they let people know about it, add it to their spam database or something.

I also found hoaxinfo.com which contains several hoax email examples.

When I had my bigfoot.com account, they keeps on sending me 5 solicited messages from companies where they sold my email address so I dump bigfoot . If you don't agree with their terms, your account will be deleted.

the google link in my post was the search results for "virus hoax" click the link for the results.

Don't forward on any junk, junk is junk and emails warning about junk is junk.
I had a good email replay (but lost it) about all these junk emails, it was rude but to the point. I used to send it to anyone (including my mother lol) that sent me junk, they soon stopped
