You're right, JP. The tracking is different, but not different enough to be effective as a design tool. It should either be the same across both words or very different to provide a contrast.

I disagree, unless I've got them in the wrong order. The orange really makes that word stand out, and it's going to make it more memorable to people. Do you want them to remember "sensation" or "designs"? I would say "sensation" - it's more unique and will make it easier for people to find you. Also, it the big S stands for sensation, so it reinforces the linkage between the bottom text and the bigger letter. Iin this case people would probably be less likely to mistake the "S" for a "5". I agree that aesthetically #2 looks better but symanticly #3 is a better choice.

THe text height is fine the way it is.

Just a thought, wouldn't the letter (could also be the number 5) be lost to a colour blind person, or is that with two colours
