If anyone has a similar problem it seems my web cam (usb) was the cause, uninstalled and unplugged it and havent had any other problems.

Yeah but they are my neighbours friends - the goths. One of the guys tried converting an old station wagon into a hearse but the coffin didnt fit so they had a cardboard one straped to the roof
