Ewwww, try looking at it in 1280 x 1024  . All the graphics split up, nasty.
Anyways...If you want the site to take up 100% width then set the "background" property of to the file you want as a background, this will repeat the image across the e.g.

Additionally, this allows you to make the image A LOT smaller, decreasing download times!

I agree that the images need to be anti-aliased, this will make things look a lot better. Also the pricing table needs to be jazzed up a little, it's a bit hard to read & boring at the moment (IMO).

Overall the site is promising, with a little work it'll look great. Good to see someone doing something a little different for a change!

I like the color scheme. Normally I like the "horizontal resolution" look (bars of of slightly different shade) but it's bothering me how that effect is used everywhere. For instance, use it in the blue one the left and gray on top, but leave it out of the main area. And while I'm mentioning it, the frequency of the blue horizonal bars is a bit off with your graphics in the blue navigation bar background. They're not all evenly spaced.

On you pricing chart, you should put it all in a table. In IE the "X's" don't line up properly under the yes and no columns. Use tables with absolute height and widths. Plus if you may want to use a small green check graphic and a red x graphic to more clearly differentiate what is and is not included.

I think you've got a good start here but there are a lot of little things that need to be improved. First of all, learn how to anti-alias your graphics. This will create a nice smooth edge and things won't look jaggy. If you let us know which program you're using to create graphics someone should be able to help you with that.

When you mentioned your pricing the first place I looked was the navbar. Of course, there isn't an option there for services or pricing or any of the usual things. SO that should be put onto the navbar. I understand the kind of visual effect you're trying to do here with the different sized font, but IMO it's not really working in this case. Either make the variations much more pronounced, or make them all the same. Some mouseover effects would be nice as well.

I find that sans-serif fonts look much nicer on screen, so you might want to use a stylesheet to change yours to something like verdana or tahoma or one of those.

Looking at your pricing - okay, something needs to be done with this page. It's too plain and boring looking. Also, don't center things like this. I would recommend that you avoid centering text - it generally makes thihngs hard to read and that's even more difficult when you've got a set of tabular data like this one. In graphic design, centering is generally used to create a formal effect - if you look at other designs you won't see it very often.

About your actual numbers - the only thing I can say is that you might be selling yourself short a little bit.

I'm reading a little bit on your "about" page here - you should really refine this a little bit to make it sound more professional. In the first sentence, for example, who is fahim? Fahim who? Or is that even your real name? Use your full name there. Later on, service's should be services.

Overall I think that you just need to make some little improvements. You've got a good idea with the layout and I like the interesting shapes you've used in the logo area.

Doesn't look to bad at all.
Unless you own the companies (websites) your suggesting people go compare prices with I'd be careful, a few reasons, your sending them away from your site, you could loose them. It's not nice to point fingers in business about price or operation methods unless its a side by side compassion. also that grey section is to big with all that up there, looks better without it. and adds a white line (gap) betwen the top and mid sections. people usually shop around, keep them at your site, sell them with what you can offer, then as they compare prices they'll come back (possibly), can you remember what you did when looking for web hosting?
Maybe add another section "pricing".
The pricing table is all messed up in mozilla, everything is centered and the X's don;t line up under the yes or no, leave it left or right aligned, description etc doesnt sit on the same line. you should also include a terms of service (optional) and the currency, eg: US dollars
