I don't like the white background at all. I think it would look A LOT better if you tried a brownish background or if you used the menubar sides (the part with horizontal lines) as page background.

Well I kind of noticed that the effect deteriates as you scroll down the page, It starts of with Great Graphics but at the bottom it's just a whole bunch of text and a few adds. Maybe putting some of the less relevant content somewher else?

And your navigation stops too suddenly.

Hmmmm...I did not know this at higher resolutions (because I only use 800x600. Thanks for noticing Now, is there a way to make all of the tables automatically stretch to the width of the browser? Our PHPbb board at webquad.com/forum does this indeed, and we want to figure out how to do this...

As usual, thanks for the compliments and effective comments!

Wow, those graphics at the top look really great. Excellent job with that as usual. YOu really have a knack for creating that perfect "look and feel".

I do think that there is too much scrolling on this page, and it's hard to tell what the important content is. Maybe those news items should be moved to a separate page. Same with all that stuff in tiny print in the left column - it doesn't seem to have a purpose since it's practically impossible to read at that size.

As Peter mentioned, it does seem to cut off on the right side there at higher resolutions. Something should be done to fill in that empty space somehow.

"American Conquest" hmmm... is this a historical recreation of when the States invaded Canada, had their capital burned and their butts whipped? Just kidding, just kidding!!!

Nice graphics! 'News and Updates' fits into the rest of the graphics a little bit awkwardly, IMO.

I'm not quite sure what screen resolution you are designing for. When I look at the large graphics at the top, it's clearly for 800 and above. When I read the text in the left column, it's clearly designed for less than 800. I suspect that someone has done you a disservice by convincing you that tiny text which can't be read is cool.

Peter
