I just started isuging Ifran view and I do find it to be a nice little utility to have around - it's also good for browsing images in a thumbiail format and quickly being able to view a larger version etc. I don't really like how some of the tools work though.

PSP would probably be your best bet if you're looking to buy a good image editor - it really is the best "bang for the buck" so to speak.

I use Corel's PhotoPaint, but I've also used Fireworks, ImageReady, PhotoShop, PhotoImpact and some light ones like LViewPro.

PSP is a great option (like PhotoImpact) for everyday image creation and manipulation for websites.

I think most everyone here uses Adobe Photo Shop. I have Photo Shop but the learning curve is a bit steep for me so I am still being faithful to my Paint Shop Pro 7.

I am comfortable with PSP. It is sorta like a security blanket and it works pretty good for what I do.

Looks like you have two problems here working against you.

#1 You should manually resize your images in a graphics program instead of resizing them using your html editor (if that is actually what you are doing).

# 2 You should really do a nested table inside the other table instead of using & nbsp;'s to space the columns out.

This may not be enough rows or the right size but your nested table should look something like this. (I have turned the borders on so you can see them.

tables

Also cropped and resized one of the images just to give ideas.

And like megan said, use css for a custom border instead of the regular table border.

YEah that is the table. I wasn't sure how to create it and that seemed like the only way. How would you say I create it then, so that a column doesn't get disorientated if the name is longer than others?

I'm sorry, I'm a little unclear about your question here. You mean the part with AnnaK and Britney lists? You shouldn't be using nbsp's to set up that table - just use a regular table. What do you want to happen with the table borders there? Setting border=0 in your table is pretty simple but it should be fairly easy to use CSS to do some sort of custom border.
