    <description> &lt;p&gt;DHTML is just JavaScript+CSS+valid html/xhtml (the DOM). You should learn the CSS/html/xhtml part of that, anyway.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;None of what you&#039;ve listed are programming languages, however.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;JavaScript is a client-side scripting language, vbscript is a proprietary language (MS) and I&#039;m not sure of its uses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you&#039;re looking for server-side languages to learn, you&#039;ll be looking at open source (PHP, Perl), or proprietary (ASP, Java, JSP).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are some interesting threads in the Internet Business forum you might want to read, but in general, know that you can&#039;t be everything to everyone, so it&#039;s better that you find people to work with than attempt to do it all yourself.&lt;/p&gt;
