sorry, unless the whole form is in the iframe, that's not going to work. I don't think. This is beyond what I know how to do in JavaScript.

Still not sure what you mean by "image" below the scroll bar. If I understand you (which I might not), you could use an iframe? But that would render the form useless, if you need to submit it.
