    <description> &lt;p&gt;if u have a windows 98 SE emergency boot disk or a normal DOS boot disk, slap it in, boot into dos, and move it manually to C drive. If he hasnt used NTFS(IE he has used FAT16 or FAT32) you should be able to move files fine, otherwise you might need special application that can boot and read NTFS partitions in command line. if so u might need to do some googling to find it.&lt;/p&gt;
