    <description> &lt;p&gt;pretty much the same one as in the link above, but that atricle was meant for people using other versions of windows. they just put the options for downloading individual file types in a different place.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;i dont use winzip. and it wouldnt be the zip program because it is downloading to temporary internet files, i have also found a couple other file types that get sent there sometimes, but not all the time, which seems weird to me.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Actually I don&#039;t think this is going to be an IE problem. It could be something going on with your zip program. WinZip, in particular, can be made to automatically open and install a file.&lt;/p&gt;
