    <description> &lt;p&gt;If you make a web page, and use this as your email base it will send both versions (text/html), the page has to be on the site if images etc are used or the local drive paths will be used.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;try it out, in outlook express, click on message/new message using/web page&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;turn your text/html receive options on/off to test&lt;/p&gt;
