If I had the disk it would work I am sure but I downloaded NAV from the synmatec site.

Well if it is 2 OSs... I dont think it'll work... I reinstalled Norton 2000 and I didn't even have to get a new subscription... I even installed it on another computer with no difficulty...
Back to your situation:

Did you email Symantec? If you explain the situation well ,they should be able to tell you how to do it

ACK!!! I can't set Nortons which is on HD#1 to scan HD#2 because I can't there from #1.

I can only see both drives from #2.

You don't need to reinstall it unless you have 2 OSs installed.
Otherwise, just pick the other drive on what to scan

Surely you just get the one program to check both drives, just like you do with removable zip drives, etc???
