Also this site not that good looking (http://www.hungrytourists.com). Look at the sloppy fonts on the mainpage. Also the templates are not worth the price he is offering . I can design my own site similiar. Go to this restaurant site which is way better than his templates. wschinabistro.com this site is more updated and way cleaner for a prodessional site.

I've never heard of him but I agree with Abhishek that you should consult with a lawyer in any business deal like this. The way I'd look at it is if he wants to buy them for a lot of money, sell them and then make some more templates!

ah nevermind i see, he wants to buy them from you. maybe you could negotiate some sort of deal where you retain the right to use and sell the templates on your site.
