I have just switched to oxeo.com. They've been around for a while and their prices are quite good. My reason for switching was the same you mentioned, multiple domains. I have about 30 and started with their plan B which I believe is about $35 a month for a lot of space and bandwidth.

I do know that you can get a semi-dedicated server here: insiderhosting.com They are a wonderful company, we have been with them for almost a year now.

There are many companies who offer reseller packages with unlimited domains/accounts and other features if that will get you going. However, if you're more interested in getting a dedicated server, a RaQ4 should be a good place to start since they have their own very easy to use control panel and all software/updates are available on their site which is as easy as copy/pasting to install/update.
