thanx karen, i really appreciate it. i know multi submitters are bad but some people like them so its for them. also i found a site that detects anti ad programs and tells them they cant enter the site unless they turn it off, lol. http://www.antiadbuster.com i thought it was funny.

I like the idea for your site very much!
If I'd only had something like this when I was first starting out...

You do definately need a good logo and an accent color. As it is now your site reminds me of something I would have seen in the early days of the internet... focus on the text, but no pictures to give it pizzaz. Simple clean design is a great thing but you need something to grab peoples attention.

I also had trouble agreeing with your advice about Multi Submitters and Popups and Popunders. I've never found a Multi Submitter that did me any good (in fact it took me awhile to straiten things out with Yahoo a couple years ago when a multi submitter spammed them... but maybe they're better now). And Popup and Popunder ads are simply an evil annoyance that most people have found ways around.
Sorry about that... just had to get that out.

As I said, I really like the idea of your site and I think you have a great start. Just a little more color and some images to capture your audience and I think you've got a real winner.

im going to try spice it up a bit, it was really really graphical but i got advice to make it plain and simple which i did. lol. im being shot back and forth like a yoyo. anyways, i have added a star rating to all the sites if you look. heh, now ill work on adding better graphics at the top etc.

I agree with Megan that it's just too text heavy and rather balnd. You need to jazz it up a bit and add some interest to both your logo, with an interesting/unique font, and to the site as a whole. Do a search on google for free stock photos/images and find something relevant and use that or another way of adding graphical interest is to use dingbat fonts and incorporate them into the site either as backgrounds, dividers or part of the logo. You may also think of using another colour as an accent and to contrast the blue. I also note that you seem to have two lots of meta tags on the pages, take one lot off.

that sounds like a great idea too, but would it be easier just putting the best programs up the top so people didnt have to surf all the way through? ill do both i think.

i was also thinking of changing the title of each site or company to a different colour and size, any ideas?

Something isn't right here - could be my browser (Opera 6), but the navigation menu is pushed way down to the bottom of the screen. I'm assuming it's supposed to be up at the top:)

Otherwise the design looks okay. A little skimpy on the content on the front page there. Maybe you could highlight some of the top rated companies on the front page just to add some more content there.

I do really like the blue colour you've used though. I wonder if you could find a secondary colour to add some more spice to the design. What might look good is more black.... just an idea. What you really need to work on is the logo/header area. Try a more unique font for sure. Also try variations in colour or a photo background to add some interest.

"We waste our time so you don't have to" - sounds very unprofessional to me. I would try to rework that somehow.

Edit: Another idea would be to add some sort of a star rating to each of the companies. A little row of star graphics would break up the text-heavy page content and would allow people to quickly skim over the list and pick out the best choices without having to read everything.
