That applies to members of the Web Designers of New Zealand organization. But I guess it's good practice to follow anyway.

I had a read through the legislation, and it basically requires a mention of what info is being collected and what it is to be used for, and contact details of the person collecting it... pretty straightforward, I guess.

On our clients sites they all have a contact form with fields for Name, Address, Email, Telephone, etc and at the bottom of the page we just put "Any information you give us will be treated in the strictest of confidence and is never sold or passed to any other company." They get people filling in the form all the time and not one of them has ever had any problems.
