About installing phpBB, it's very easy. All you have to do is create a MySQL database with a MySQL user that has access to that database (could be easily done in CPanel or such control panels). Then if you have downloaded the .zip file of phpBB to your computer, unpack it and upload it to an empty directory in your account (i.e. "forum"). Then you go to yourdomain.com/forum/ and enter the MySQL information and your username/password and click on install. It will then ask give you a file to upload to your account. Save this file as config.php and upload it to the same directory where you uploaded phpBB. If you still don't understand, send an email to saeed@sarvihosting.com and I'll help you set it up.
