&lt;p&gt;Thanks.  So like if I have say 8 &quot;fields&quot; per my 200 rows (200 people&#039;s info), I set that up first before importing?  I have phpMyAdmin to work with.  I looked around it for a bit but I&#039;ll have o read the documentation before I actually start this endevor.  But it&#039;s good news that this is possible to do without entering all the data individually.  Thanks again.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I&#039;m not a mySQL expert but once you have it in Excel format you should be able to export it as a text file. Once it is in a delimited text file format you should be able to import that into mySQL.&lt;/p&gt;
