    <description> &lt;p&gt;You have more than one option. You can either import the data or link the data to a spreadsheet that updates Access whenever the spreadsheet is updated. Both of these are accessed on the &lt;strong&gt;File/Import&lt;/strong&gt; menu. This is with Excel 97 &amp;amp; Access 97. I don&#039;t know if anything has changed on the newer versions.&lt;/p&gt;
