    <description> &lt;p&gt;I think what she wants to do is to view the files in a browser (functioning properly) before uploading.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If that is the case, you&#039;ll have to install a web server and PHP. It really isn&#039;t that hard to do (I even did it!).  I did have a page with some nice simple instructions but I&#039;m afraid I&#039;ve lost the link.  Hopefully someone else can point you in the right direction.  And don&#039;t worry - the Apache web server and PHP are both free!&lt;/p&gt;
