    <description> &lt;p&gt;Apparently, PHP is running in Sage Mode on your server.  Safe Mode doesn&#039;t allow scripts to call set_time_limit().&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To fix this...&lt;br /&gt;
You&#039;ll need to run PHP outside of Safe Mode.&lt;br /&gt;
Or, set the timeout in the php.ini file.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you do not have this kind of access to the server, then there is no way that I know of to fix this problem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another option is to suppress the error reporting, but the script will timeout before completion.&lt;/p&gt;
