Everything looks good, just a few small things:

The small image above the menu that reads "[Navigation]" looks a bit pixilated. Perhaps you were going for this touch, but I would suggest a smoother, more displayable font.

Second is the use of folders to mark links in the menu. I feel this style is too played out. Your site has alot of originality to it, I am sure you could come up with something that blends with the site more.

Other than that, excellent.

Like the colors, LOVE the images - but one of my personal pet peeves is entering a site I know nothing about, only to not be able to tell what the site is about. I realize that this situation doesn't occur for most users, (as they are probably entering any given site for a very specific reason), but sometimes I enter a site blind and with this one, at least, I couldn't quickly tell whether the site was about a band named Makaveli, or if Makaveli was the name of a site all about rappers, or maybe the site is something else entirely.

I really did like those top two images, though!

Very nice design. The color scheme works well and I like the logo. I used to be a big gangster rap fan back in the day but found out it only led to death and prison. I hope your site projects a positive message to the youth. Your site has the opportunity to make or break a youth’s life.

P.S. There seems to be a little too much space at the top.

copyright can be a very touchy subject, look at metallica and napster, or the ladys who made up the happy birthday song ...
most clip art on the web is usually free to use, some stock photos are as well but not always.
your is a fan club so you could be ok (key word is could), as it is actually promoting the work. you should place a notice sayiing something like they are all believed to be of public domain or where sent to you ... will give credit or remove on request
you could track down the agent since a lot of the photos are studio shots, they will/might put you on the right track, plus letting the agents know about your site could get some sponsorship out of it, then again they could close you down.

95% of the images i have on there had no copyright info with them. i am meant to spend months finding who took the photos, then another week sending out 155 e-mails? or maybe have an image free website?

Copyright is not about money, it's about control. And you are in violation of copyright if you just take images from "around the web" and use them for yourself. Getting written permission is often just a matter of sending off an email. It also promotes good will, and better linking opportunities than just stealing the images, which is what you are doing if you take them without written permission.

Don't get all fussed about me telling you this, either. It's the law, not my opinion.
