    <description> &lt;p&gt;Hm. Not sure if I understand you here. Using a popup to server your advert should not differ in tracking from showing your advert on a normal non-popped page. It is just a request for a GIF file from a server after all, and the use still clicks away as he or she would do if they clicked on a banner at your site.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What problems are you having? Have you tried just using any one of the number of packages out there that do ad management?&lt;/p&gt;
