I liked the site! It's a great concept, and the site was very easy to read. Very well laid out. If I had to give a negative, it would be that I had to scroll down a lot. I'd rather have information in bullet points than to have so much text that I have to scroll down.

Just a thought!

Okay, the font size on here is way too small. There also seems to be too much text on here which makes it hard to pick out the important points. You should try to emphasize the benefits to webmasters here. I would create two separate lists here - one for the e-mail interface features and one for the webmaster benefits (remotely hosted, customizable design, don't have to change the MX records)etc. Just find a way to present those other points in a more coherent way.

I agree that the design could be more interesting, but overall I think it looks fine. I like the logo actually, and the colour scheme is nice as well.

It is definitely very small and at larger resolutions (even really at 800*600) it gets lost on screen, this isn't helped by the fact that it is really all just text (very small again at that) and therefore nothing to really catch the eye and draw visitors in! You need to spice it up with either some images or colour and I would say that you need a better/more striking logo.

Overall a good layout but needs something to liven it up some.

Is a very plain layout, and small, maybe maximise the width, use the screen width more (width="100%")
Also your navigation, or page headers, if you clicked a link you wouldnt know which page you were on unless you look at the address bar, maybe use a page heading, or css etc to underline the active link.

your naviagtion links coule be reworded as well, example you have two links going to the contact page, one is called "contact us", the other "client support", and the "email services" sounds more like an about page than the index page. have you thought about using the underline on mouseover (a:hover) for your links?

i think mainly the width is holding it back, your text and content is there, colors are a little on the plain side but match well
