Out of the two I much prefer the tools one. The php one is far too bland looking IMO and could use some colour to spice it up, plus I'm not keen on the 3d border on the left hand table. On the tools one the colurs are much more exciting with the orange, although I would have the links with a hover colour - maybe the orange to tie it in more.

When I looked at the tools page my first thought was that it was an information site. Seems more like an elaborate links page after reading more of it. Nothing wrong with that. I like how the headings were on that page and it looked good. I think you should have used this same style on the php site too. I just think consistency is a good thing.

The biggest thing I would suggest. NO MORE FONT TAGS. Style sheets are your friend. Learn them and love them. I do. hehe. I haven't used a font tag in ages.

PHP
Error on search if I put nothing in first box. I think it should show all for that category.
I have a fast connection, hit download on phpnuke and waited about 20 secs before stopping it because nothing was happening. No mention of the file size also.
Nav links in deep, link : link : link, aren't too noticable. Maybe use a link > link > link, it's more familar anyways.
Asking for way too much personal information on signup that's required. Require less info to make it faster, easier, and less intrusive. Why would you need all this just to share files?

Tools
Pages other than home are too different. Didn't know if I was still at the same site.
Some irratating pop-ups of the "non-secured items on this page" nature. Your images are not in a protected folder as in the https I guess. Why would you protect these pages anyway?
Hosting Tools>> looks to be more table nested than the Domain Tools>> does.
Summerized, the site is very professional from the front page, do something about the mix of protected and non-protected. Good luck.

Hey Hemant,
I've just spent some time surfing through your php site... It looks good, I like the colour combination the blues, gray and white work well together. But there is a problem it looks alot like every other php site out there... What can you do to make it srand out from the pack...
You also have to dig quite deep to get to go to an actual article etc...
Overall I like the site I just think you need something to make you stand out and make it easier to get to the article or script that the user wants
