It is most likely a DNS issue with Nameservers not being updated. The error message means:
"That error means that the server config has not been refreshed since the site was added. When you add a new domain, it is perfectly normal to see a 400 error until the server refreshes."

Since it is not a .com, .org or .net, I have no idea how long it takes to update. Tell your friends to try getting to the site by IP address and see if that works.

Yes, your correct to a point yabber. If the DNS administrators do not set up DHCP to automaticaly update the DNS database everytime they recieve an IP, then this would be a problem.
Those DNS guys, what are you gonna do? (That's retorical)

Quote: So, if I can see it than everyone else can too

I would have to disagree with this
I have had some sites where they have been up and running in some parts of the world, but take up to 48 hours longer before some others can see them.
It depends on the ISP & how often they update their DNS information.

No, not possible. DNS servers talk to each other to share links around the globe, so to speak. If an ISP router connects to even one other than it would know your IP route. So, if I can see it than everyone else can too.

The only reason one would not see it, and others do, is if their ISP's server was down altogether, or something between their ph/cab/sat connection and the ISP. Oh, and one more. If the server you host your site on experience down time, but then no one would be able to see it.

still a problem

Thanks for your reply.
I’m not really sure if it's still a problem. Actually for me it's a technically newcomer question. Is it possible that some people don't have access to my page? Like there router or DNS isn't up to date?

Thanks

I didn't see a problem on my end. Did you fix it already?
Post your fix if you did for others, just in case.
