I could help in this area if your host supports PHP. Does it? User authentication is very easy using a database to draw from. You'll need MySQL. The login stuff would be seperate from the email thing too. But, altogether your asking help with login and a newsletter management system. Are you in for ride...

First off, it's a lot easier to respond if you put the question in well formulated english.

And no. I don't personally know of a script that would take the address from a mailing list sign up and create a userid from it for a password protected area.

If you already have the email address, it would be better to assign them their email address as their username and change the fields so you have:

member sign in:
FIELD: email@domain.com
FIELD: sign in

not a member? join!
FIELD: name
FIELD: email
FIELD: txt/html
FIELD: join!
