    <description> &lt;p&gt;Hmm. The env. variable &lt;strong&gt;HTTP_USER_AGENT&lt;/strong&gt; displayes the web browser the user is using along with the platform he or she is on. You could regex this for /98/ or /2000/ easily.&lt;/p&gt;
